I'm sure you are aware of how well Vallori excels as an insurance agent at Texas American Insurers but I'd still like to share my own experience with you. About 4 years ago, I purchased a new home from Lennar which offered homeowners insurance from ASI at a discounted rate. While I was happy with the insurance, each time I called or emailed, a different agent responded and usually not in a timely manner. After putting up with this for about 2 years, I contacted Texas American Insurers and I had the good fortune to speak with Vallori, who convinced me that she would provide the prompt and efficient service I was looking for. There has never been a time when Vallori didn't answer my calls immediately or called back within a few minutes whenever I left a voicemail. And I always received the same outstanding service when communicating by email. Vallori continues to answer every question of mine knowledgeably and completely or finds the answer quickly and gets back to me promptly. It is solely because of Vallori Nagel's outstanding customer service that I recently switched to Progressive for my automobile insurance despite having been a satisfied GEICO customer for 33 years. Texas American Insurers now handles all my insurance needs.

Texas American Insurers has been amazing in the process of helping me file my recent insurance claim. They made sure I had the proper coverage for my homeowners insurance. A lot of people don’t understand insurance policies and how they work. What you need or don’t need. They take the guessing out of it. Any time I have a question I give them a call and they make sure all my questions are answered. I recently filed a claim and before I did I called Texas American Insurers to make sure I had the coverage for my specific claim and sure enough I did.
