Jarrett Shannon joined Texas American Insurers in June of 2025 and serves as part of the marketing team, bringing energy, creativity, and a strong drive for growth. He is focused on helping expand the agency’s reach, building relationships, and supporting initiatives that connect with both current and future clients.

Jarrett values being part of a team-oriented environment where support, collaboration, and stepping in for one another are part of the culture. He especially appreciates the opportunity to work alongside his family, including his dad and grandad, and takes pride in continuing that legacy while contributing to the agency’s future.

Outside of the office, Jarrett enjoys golfing, lifting, running, and cooking. Much of his time is spent training for HYROX competitions, staying active, and spending time with friends. He also enjoys traveling and looks forward to visiting destinations like Iceland and Japan.

At home, Jarrett has a sheepdog named Sullivan. When it’s time to relax, he enjoys watching shows like Landman, Invincible, and Peacemaker.

If he weren’t in the insurance industry, Jarrett would likely pursue owning a gym—combining his passion for fitness, discipline, and helping others reach their goals.
