- Mike Shannon - President - (Direct: Ext. 118)
Mike earned a BBA from Texas Tech University. He has over 30 years of experience in various areas of insurance brokerage. He maintains a large personal and commercial book of business. As agency managing partner, Mike oversees the daily business operations as well as specializes in medical malpractice insurance and financial services.

John earned a BBA from the University of North Texas. John has over 25 years of experience in both personal and commercial lines brokerage. He has also owned and operated his own agency for many years as well as a managing general agency. He maintains a large book of both personal and commercial lines including significant contracting and bond business.

Ron earned a BA from the University of Missouri. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial underwriting and commercial lines brokerage. He is a CPCU and CIC. He maintains a large commercial book of business with an emphasis in church insurance.
- Colby J. Shannon - Senior Vice President - (Direct: Ext. 135)
Colby earned a BBA form Texas Tech University and joined the agency as a producer in 1996. He started our Lubbock agency in May of that year and became an agency principal in January of 2004. He maintains a large personal and commercial book of business with an emphasis in church insurance. Colby continues to oversee the operations of our Lubbock branch, while located in our home office in Fort Worth, Texas.
